The fourth largest city in the nation and the largest in the entire South and Southwest, Houston is a port of entry; , TX, has reached an agreement to license from Yokohama Rubber Ltd. technology associated with the Yokohama Advanced Liner (YAL YAL Yet Another Library YAL Yttrium Aluminum Laser ), a patented inner liner for automotive tires. The agreement also grants ExxonMobil Chemical rights to commercialize and globally market YAL related materials in the future. ExxonMobil Chemical and Yokohama are said to be combining their respective strengths in the field to improve and advance the performance of the YAL.
