Yodlee, Inc. today announced the appointment of three new senior executives -- Peter Hazlehurst as Senior Vice President of Engineering; Aditya Palande as Vice President of the Data Team; and Steve Barham as Senior Director of Professional Services -- in a move to bring new leadership to three critical areas of the business to meet accelerated market growth for aggregation-powered solutions.

As Senior Vice President of Engineering, Peter Hazlehurst will be responsible for all of Yodlee's product engineering activities and quality management initiatives worldwide, including the company's India operations. He is a technology visionary with 13 years of product engineering and leadership experience. Most recently, Hazlehurst was director of product development at Nokia Enterprise Solutions, where he was responsible for all product engineering, management, and research and development operations for the Nokia Access Mobilizer Unit. Prior to Nokia, Hazlehurst held positions as founder and senior executive with several enterprise software companies and his thoughts have been published in numerous publications, including BAI's Retail Delivery and Windows in Financial Services magazines, as well as author of the book Using Sybase System XI.

Aditya Palande is Vice President of the Data Team, overseeing Yodlee's unique data infrastructure, operations, and tools, which securely gather, cleanse, normalize and present personal account data from thousands of data sources to power Yodlee's product solutions: OnCenter (PFM), BillDirect (EBPP), AdvisorView (Wealth Mgmt), and Instant Account Verification (Risk Mgmt). Yodlee's data gathering techniques have received multiple patents -- the only patents awarded in the aggregation industry. Palande was most recently vice president of engineering, chief technology officer and founder of Altius, Inc., a web development software company specializing in financial services, where he architected, designed and implemented a software security product for authentication using biometrics. He also served as Interim CEO at Altius, and previously, Sublimate, Inc. Prior to Altius, Palande held senior technical positions at Fusion One, Inc. and Hewlett Packard.

Barham's scalable deployment methodology will allow Yodlee to successfully deliver against increased sales and growing market demand. Prior to Yodlee, Barham was co-founder and senior vice president of mPower, Inc., the first e-finance ASP to offer online investment advice to consumers, which raised over $100 million in venture financing before being acquired by Morningstar in 2003. He also held additional executive level positions within mPower, overseeing client services, sales and marketing.
