 destinations around the globe, announced today its purchase of approximately 265 acres in St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland.

The site, which features an unobstructed view of the Bay of St. Andrews and the historic town of St. Andrews, will be the location for Yellowstone Club World St. Andrews. The private golf club will feature a main stone clubhouse and lodge featuring up to forty 2-bedroom luxuriously appointed suites, a championship 18-hole Scottish-style golf course designed by 1973 British Open champion Tom Weiskopf Thomas Daniel Weiskopf (born November 9 1942) is an American golfer who was most successful in the 1970s.

Weiskopf was born in Massillon, Ohio. He attended Benedictine High School and The Ohio State University and turned professional in 1964.

The site is located in St. Andrews, a town famed the world over as the legendary birthplace of golf, where it was first played on the St. Andrews Links course in 1400 A.D.
