This year's theme is "Meeting the Challenges of Financial Management." The plenary sessions are presented by senior-level financial management experts, such as chief financial officers and Deputy CFOs. The break-out session speakers will include personnel from FMS, other federal agencies, the banking community, and the private sector. The 16th Annual Government Financial Management Conference will be held on August 8-10, 2006, in Bethedsa, Maryland.
