Oracle chose UNRAVEL 2000 after Oracle conducted an extensive evaluation process of Y2K solution providers.

While the newer versions of Oracle's extensive database and information management tools feature Y2K compliance, many customers have adapted them, especially in the areas of input forms, processing and reports, potentially allowing non-compliant entries. UNRAVEL 2000 for Oracle identifies and reports suspected date variables in all Oracle(R) application development tools, then guides and tracks the repairs.
