Additional customer applications include the following:

-- Hall Kinion & Associates (Nasdaq:HAKI), a specialized technology
professional recruiting firm, will deploy Corporate Yahoo! for an intranet for
its employees based in 41 offices and in 25 major technology centers in the
United States and England.

-- Health Net, Inc. (NYSE:HNT), one of the nation's largest managed health care
companies, as part of its ongoing commitment to Web-enable its business, is
launching an enterprise-wide employee portal to support more than 12,000
employees from coast-to-coast and its nationwide network of subsidiaries.
Corporate Yahoo! will be an integral part of the company's portal, supplying a
wide range of customized and personalized content directly to employees'
desktops.

-- Government Securities Clearing Corporation (GSCC), the leading provider of
trade comparison, netting, risk management and settlement services for the
government securities marketplace, will deploy an employee intranet as well as
an extranet that will serve as the interface between GSCC and its participant
network of brokers and dealers, in order to clear government securities
totaling close to $1 trillion dollars per day.

-- In Sweden, My Yahoo! for Physicians, an extranet portal using the Corporate
Yahoo! platform, was launched with the pharmaceutical company Merck Sharp &
Dohme.

-- JLT Services is licensing Corporate Yahoo! for its own employee portal, and
will also offer a version of Corporate Yahoo! to affinity groups and
personalized portal pages for their members.
