Landscape Development Inc. gave the organization a check for $13,000 Tuesday afternoon to cover its November expenses and pledged a second check in December. Timothy Myers, chief financial officer for the privately owned business, learned of the Youth Project's situation and called his boss during his morning run. The company, he said, likes to give back. ``We make our money from the greater community so we have an obligation to fund these worthy causes particularly when they are in trouble,'' he said.
