YOUTH CLUB DINNER HAS `OZ' THEME.Byline: Angela Randazzo Staff Writer ``The Land of Oz'' is the theme of this year's annual family dinner at the Boys and Girls boys and girls mercurialisannua. Club, with more than 300 youngsters, parents and friends expected for the Thursday night event. Preparations began in September - with club members, ages 7 through 17, making plans and decorations. ``This event is for the kids, by the kids,'' said Shannon Prusa, activities coordinator of the club. ``The kids had a ball doing everything, from making the decorations to rehearsing the play.'' Members of the Cooking Club will prepare the meal, which will feature appetizers, cheese enchiladas, rice, beans, salad and dessert. The dinner will be served by club members in the group's gymnasium. There will also be an exhibit of members' artwork.
