An official who is rigidly devoted to the details of administrative procedure. bu nightmare that will become a money pit. Why cause for concern? Because no-one has asked us! No one asked us about a wider Europe! No one asked us if we would give up our rebate! And I do not believe Tony is going to ask us if we want the euro this year - as he promised.
