OF BULBS: TulipWorld.com is the ultimate online resource for gardeners who love bulbs. The Dutch site, which was recently awarded the Quill quill: see pen.  & Trowel Award for electronic media from the Garden Writers Association of America, is colorful, informative and interactive. Helpful features on www.tulipworld.com include the bulb and style advisers where users can enter the color, style and climate of their desired garden and the ``adviser'' suggests certain bulbs. Also handy is the bulb encyclopedia that lists bulb types and how to grow them. If you're not sure where to start on the site, go to ``Inspire me'' to view a lovely array of garden styles. Once you know what you want, you can order the Dutch bulbs via the site and they're guaranteed to arrive undamaged (spring bulbs are shipped in September and summer ones in March).
