Joy Philbin Joy Senese Philbin (born February 1, 1941) is the wife of television personality Regis Philbin. She hosted the HGTV television show At Home With.... She occasionally co-hosts with her husband on his show Live with Regis and Kelly when Kelly Ripa has the day off.  often filled in as her husband's co-host on ``Live With Regis'' but now that he's got a new sidekick, she's got a TV special.

It's a five-night show called ``At Home With'' that airs at 10 p.m. Monday through Friday on HGTV HGTV Home and Garden Television  and offers intimate peeks inside the homes of the rich and famous. But rather than high-society folks most of us have never heard of, Philbin visits pop-culture icons, beginning with local radio personality Rick Dees and his wife, Julie.

``What impressed me most,'' says Philbin, ``was their marvelous commitment to restore it to its original grandeur that included two years of historical research, hard work and dedication.''

Philbin gives viewers a tour of the newly restored 12,000-square-foot manse, beginning in the entry way that Dees says is covered in the same ``Scenic America'' wall paper print as the White House and ending in the milking barn where Dees has his own bowling alley.

She also shows ``before'' pictures so restoration fans can take notes - and one thing to look for is the crown molding Crown molding encapsulates a large family of moldings which are designed to gracefully flare out to a finished top edge; generally used for capping walls, pilasters, cabinets; used extensively in the creation of interior and exterior cornice assemblies and door and window hoods. .

On Tuesday, Philbin takes us inside Ivana Trump's over-the-top Palm Beach home that has a series of unusual chandeliers, including one covered in sea shells.

COMING SUNDAY...: USA Weekend, included in the Daily News, publishes its fifth annual home-and-garden issue Sunday. The highlight of the magazine is an article by Sarah Susanka, author of ``The Not So Big House'' and ``Creating the Not So Big House.'' The event will feature real eggs turned into showcase keepsakes Keepsakes - A Collection is an anthology by All About Eve released on 13 March 2006. It is available either as a double CD or as a limited edition double CD and DVD set (the DVD containing the band's videos and television performances).  by 58 artists from as far as Australia, England and Japan. Among the entrants is the local Tri-County Eggs Artists Club that meets once a month in Ventura to share ideas on how to turn ordinary eggs into pill boxes, music boxes and Cinderella-inspired coaches.

The event will be held at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza, 880 S. Westlake Blvd., Thousand Oaks. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $6 for adults; $4 for senior citizens and $1 for children. The eggs sell for $35 to $150, depending on the size of the egg and embellishments. For more information, call (805) 687-4994.
