The ultimate real estate game, ``Designed to Sell'' challenges two to four players to be the first to get the home ready for an open house. The game features Expert Advice cards that either reward or punish (you either move ahead, go back or lose your turn) and Honest Opinion cards to use against your opponents. The winner of the game receives a contract for his or her home. The series ``Designed to Sell'' premieres at 8 p.m. Sunday on HGTV.

 (Do It Yourself) Network has come out with the new TV series ``Talking Dirty With the Queen of Clean'' where, in 65 episodes, host Linda Cobb Linda Cobb (born ca. 1950) is a Michigan native who has reached fame in the United States as the Queen of Clean.
