YOUNG ARTISTS ARE SELECTED FOR PROGRAM.Byline: Daily News VALENCIA - After submitting their portfolios, paintings, films and performances for review by the best in the business and undergoing an intense selection process, California's most talented high school artists have been chosen to attend the California State Summer School for the Arts at Valencia's California Institute of the Arts California Institute of the Arts known as CalArts U.S. private institution of higher learning in Valencia.
