YMLA Terminates Letter of Intent to Merge with Pacific Coast Apparel Company, Inc.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2001

Pacific Coast Apparel Company, Inc. announced today that it received notice from YMLA YMLA Yucca Mountain License Application  Clothing Company, Inc. that YMLA decided not to move forward with plans to merge with Pacific Coast Apparel Company, Inc. No reason was given for the termination.
