YM/WREA names 2007 board.The Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association YM/ WREA WREA Wisconsin Retired Educators' Association (formerly Wisconsin Retired Teachers Association) ) announced its new Board of Governors for 2007 at a members-only luncheon held in Midtown mid·town n. Ms Rhulen is only the fourth woman to head a YM/WREA Board since the association's inception in 1948. Kate Coburn was named first in chairman in 1984, followed by Leslie Harwood in 1992 and Nicola Heryet in 1994. Rhulen's will lead a Board of Governors comprised of the following professionals: William C. Montana, vice chairman--Studley; Paul N. Milunec, secretary--GVA Williams; Brandl L. Frey, treasurer--Cushman & Wakefield; Paul J. Amrich, Governor--CBRE; David E.
