The Complaint filed by YES! Entertainment against Playtronic alleges that Playtronic's use of the names Tokabak and BlaBlaMouth and the trade dress and packaging for its mini recorder products infringed on YES!'s trademark and trade dress rights in its popular Yak Bak Yak Bak is the general name given to a series of handheld electronic voice-recording toys created by Yes! Gear in the mid-to-late 1990s. Several versions of the toy were developed which include the Yak Bak, Yak Bak 2, Yak Bak WarpRTM (TM) and Mega Mouth(TM) product lines which are marketed as part of the well-known YES! Gear(TM) line of products.
