Ladies and gentlemen -- and everyone in Hawaii who has been affected by this tragedy... Right now ... because this is an ongoing and very active police investigation ... I'll only be making a brief statement. But I want to assure all our Xerox families and friends --- our customers and all Hawaiians, that once we have more information, we will be back here and ready to answer your questions. This is the worst tragedy in the history of Xerox. I know that there is one question on your minds. It's a question we have been asking ourselves... and, unfortunately, it's a question we don't have an answer to right now. That question is: "Why?" Why did this happen? Only time will be able to provide that answer. There is nothing we can do to change what has happened. Our priority now turns to providing aid and comfort to the families of the victims and helping our employees deal with the grieving grieving Mourning, see there process. Xerox has pledged to offer the highest level of assistance. We are working with grief counselors to meet with the families... and with our fellow employees here in Honolulu.
