Xelor Software and VisionOSS Announce Strategic Partnership.


SALEM, N.H. & READING, UK -- Xelor Software(TM) and VisionOSS today announced they have formed a strategic partnership focused on delivering Quality of Service (QoS), configuration and service management solutions to the Voice over IP (VoIP) marketplace.
