Xedar Corporation Acquires Land Links Company.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Xedar Corporation (OTCBB: XDRC) ("Xedar"), a provider of complex data management solutions, today announced that it has acquired Land Links Company, Ltd., pursuant to an agreement dated January 1, 2007.

Albuquerque-based Land Links provides survey record raw data collection, adjustment computations, section subdivision, and parcel polygon attribution to a number of federal government clients. It is one of the few companies in the world specializing in the geographic coordinate database (GCDB), which is a collection of geographic information representing the Public Land Survey System of the United States.

According to Xedar's CEO, Hugh Williamson III, "The Land Links acquisition is highly synergistic for both companies, because we can now provide an expanded range of services to an identical customer base. As a result, we can sell more products with no additional investment in sales personnel. In addition, the expanded capabilities of the combined companies will allow us to bid on more broad-ranging government projects."

According to Land Links Company's president, Glen Thurow, "This acquisition is reflective of a new dynamic occurring within the land information industry as land surveying and geographic information disciplines become increasingly interconnected. The acquisition will allow Xedar Corporation to uniquely position itself in the geospatial marketplace."
