Xchange Expands Ranks with Ten New Employees.

PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Xchange, CommonHealth's relationship-marketing unit, today announced ten new hires, signaling growth for the program and account management, creative, e-marketing and business management departments.

Kristi Castano has joined Xchange as a management supervisor. In this position, she will oversee the strategic direction and overall account management for her assigned accounts. Previously, she was employed by Voltage Inc., a boutique relationship-marketing agency in New York City, as senior consultant and principal.

Michael Carri has come to Xchange as a copy supervisor. He will be responsible for creating tactical and strategic communications for his assigned accounts and will also work on new business development for the unit. Mr. Carri brings fifteen years of promotional, relationship-marketing and copywriting experience to his new job. Prior to joining Xchange, Mr. Carri worked at Dugan Valva Contess (DVC), a consumer advertising/marketing agency in Morristown, as vice president, creative supervisor.

After a stint with Novartis, James Ruiz has rejoined Xchange as program management supervisor. His responsibilities include working with clients, agency teams and outsourced vendors to develop, implement and manage Customer Relationship Management and direct response programs across all customer touch points.

Walter Bartus has come to Xchange as a senior program manager. Mr. Bartus will be responsible for overseeing databases, teleservices and analytics for his assigned brands. Prior to joining Xchange, he was a consultant in project management and business process improvement.

Paul Zeman and Michael Pruskowski both join Xchange as e-marketing strategists. In these roles, they will provide program concepts, and information architecture, design and execution for online relationship-marketing projects. Most recently, Mr. Zeman was employed at Proxicom, an e-business consulting company located in New York City, as an art director/design practice lead, and Mr. Pruskowski was employed at Community Promotions Media Group (CPMG), a marketing and advertising firm in Warren, as a marketing director.

Brad Carlson and Selena Brown have joined Xchange as senior account executives. In this position, they will be responsible for the management and coordination of tactical plans for their assigned accounts. Mr. Carlson was employed at DVC Worldwide in Morristown as an account executive, and Ms. Brown was previously employed by Claritas, a marketing information resources company in Ithaca, New York, in a freelance capacity.

Polly Caban has joined Xchange as a business manager. Her responsibilities will include managing development, implementation and daily production activities for her various accounts. Ms. Caban was previously employed by AT&T in Morristown as marketing communications manager and senior production manager.

Jennifer Wiksten has come to Xchange as a traffic coordinator. In this position, she will serve as liaison among account team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Previously, Ms. Wiksten was employed by Integrated Communications, a professional advertising and promotion agency, in Parsippany.
