Xanser Corporation Names C. Jeffery Chick CEO of Technical Services Subsidiary, Furmanite Worldwide.

Xanser Corporation (NYSE:XNR), today announced the appointment of C. Jeffery Chick as president and CEO of Furmanite Worldwide, Xanser's technical services subsidiary. Mr. Chick will lead Furmanite's strategic plans for growth, leveraging the company's strong brand, broad capabilities and global market reach to introduce new technologies and services to its worldwide customer base.

During his 20-year career, Mr. Chick has served as managing director and CEO of a $450 million outsourcing firm and president of a technology company that delivered enterprise level solutions to many different industries. He has demonstrated significant experience in marketing and building customer relationships.
