Xaloy buys New Castle.Xaloy Inc. in Pulaski, Va., has cemented its position as the world's largest independent producer of screws and barrels with the purchase of New Castle Industries of New Castle, Pa. Xaloy officials say the two firms' businesses are complementary with little overlap o·ver·lap n. 1. A part or portion of a structure that extends or projects over another. 2.
