SUPERIOR, Colo. -- Xaffire Inc.(R), an innovator in live Web session capture and replay technology, today announced the general availability of Xaffire 4.0. The Xaffire product, previously known as "Xfire," is a software solution that gives organizations the ability to capture, store and play back Web user sessions A count of how many times all users access a Web site regardless whether the same person came back several times during the measurement period. This announcement indicates a significant evolution in the company's product line and solidifies Xaffire as a leading provider of robust live session capture and 'Instant Replay' technology. With Xaffire's new targeted search and flexible query capabilities, businesses can better store and segment hits on their site for monitoring, alerting and playback.

Xaffire 4.0 is highly scalable, managing user session data through a distributed relational database relational database

Xaffire 4.0 also includes Hit Filters, a mechanism that organizes web site hits by flexible, user-defined criteria, to provide real-time alerting and monitoring on end user behavior and application response. Intelligent and flexible searching capabilities also allow users to perform queries, including keyword queries, of content that has been captured and stored in the system. These powerful new Xaffire 4.0 features give technical and marketing teams the ability to proactively monitor and search for specific business-critical and revenue-critical application slowdowns or failures experienced by site visitors, and reactively search archived user sessions for errors reported by customers.

"Xaffire's Hit Filters allow us to set up specific monitoring and alerting thresholds so we can watch pages, gather data and measure performance of pages critical to revenue and conversions," said Doug Lurvey, president of Interactive Hotel Solutions, Inc. (IHS IHS
