XI SOFTWARE LAUNCHES TIMEAGENT 2.0.

Xi Software Inc., a U.S. Technologies, Inc. (OTC: USXX) associated company, announced recently the release of TimeAgent 2.0, a productivity software solution that automatically tracks, captures and records time spent using Microsoft Office applications.

Developed specifically for the legal, accounting and professional services industries, TimeAgent 2.0 allows users to more accurately account for and capture time spent working in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook. TimeAgent's unique time-capture functionality automatically switches its internal timers on and off as professionals move between documents and applications-assuring that all potential billable time is captured and recorded, even time spent composing short e-mails or evaluating Web-based information. TimeAgent 2.0 can be purchased as a single user license or as a new Enterprise Edition that aggregates TimeAgent entries throughout the enterprise and allows for integration with billing and document management systems.

Unlike current time-tracking systems that require users to manually enter billable time directly into the software, TimeAgent 2.0 provides users with a complete history of activities for users to view and sort activities among billable parties. At day's end, users simply consult the TimeAgent ledger to view records, modify billing and drag-and-drop activities among billable parties. No more relying on notes or memory.

After documents and e-mails are sorted by client, matter or project the first time, the appropriate party is billed when subsequent editing is made. The end result is a more time-efficient billing process that can cut in half the time spent accounting for billable hours.
