As the three main parties turn their big guns on the voters on May 3, spare a thought for the political tiddlers who want their own slice of democracy. More than 120 new political parties have registered with the Electoral Commission in order to put their often deeply eccentric policies to the voters. So here's our look at some of the parties you could vote for in next month's local elections... Victory United Party Better facilities for young people in London's High Barnet.
