World Wrestling Federation Entertainment, Inc. (NMS-WWFE) and Snickers present the signature sports-entertainment spectacular of the year, WrestleMania, live on Pay-Per-View Sunday, April 2, 2000 at 8 P.M. Eastern.

For 16 years, the WrestleMania legacy has set the standard for action-packed wrestling excitement. From high-powered main events to high-profile celebrity guests, WrestleMania is the must-see event of the year.

In the main event of WrestleMania, World Wrestling Federation Champion Triple H will defend his title in a Fatal Four Way match against The Big Show, The Rock, and the returning Mick Foley. It has been a rough road to WrestleMania for The Rock. Over the past few months Triple H and his wife, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley, have done everything in their power to ensure The Rock would not participate in the Championship Match. Recently, on Raw Is War, The Rock put his career on the line against The Big Show for one last chance to participate in the main event of WrestleMania. Shane McMahon declared himself the special guest referee to stack the odds against The Rock. When it seemed there was no hope for "The People's Champion", World Wrestling Federation Chairman Vince McMahon made his return by knocking out his son Shane and taking over referee duties. Vince McMahon then counted the pinfall victory that now sends The Rock to WrestleMania. Now, backed by WWF CEO Linda McMahon, the return of Mick Foley has the McMahon family split in four ways heading into the fatal four-way at WrestleMania. Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley will be in Triple H's corner, Shane McMahon will be in The Big Show's corner, Vince McMahon will be in The Rock's corner, and Linda McMahon will be in Mick's corner.

Also at WrestleMania, the WWF Intercontinental Championship will be on the line as champion Kurt Angle will defend against former champion Chris Jericho, and Chris Benoit.

In other action, The World Wrestling Federation tag-team Championship will be defended. Champions The Dudley Boyz will defend against the teams of Edge and Christian and The Hardy Boyz in the first ever Triangle Ladder Match.

The Federation's most anticipated event of the year, WrestleMania, will be broadcast live from the sold-out Arrowhead Pond in Anaheim, California via Pay-Per-View and satellite technologies Sunday, April 2 at 8 P.M. Eastern. WrestleMania will be re-broadcast at midnight Eastern. This four-hour spectacular is available via cable programmers and satellite providers in all 50 states, and select markets in Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean for $34.95. In addition, a special live "All Day Long" WrestleMania package is available for $49.95. An "Encore Presentation" of WrestleMania will take place Tuesday, April 4, at 8 P.M. and 12:00 A.M. Eastern.
