MUSIC show Top of the Pops is to return to the BBC BBC
in full British Broadcasting Corp.

Publicly financed broadcasting system in Britain. A private company at its founding in 1922, it was replaced by a public corporation under royal charter in 1927. over the Christmas period, despite earlier promises it would not be brought back. The Top of the Pops Christmas Special and Top of the Pops New Year's Eve Special will be presented by Fearne Cotton Fearne Marie Cotton (born 3 September 1982) is a British television presenter and DJ. Known for presenting a number of popular TV programmes such as Top of the Pops and Red Nose Day and Reggie Yates. The show's first presenter, Sir Jimmy Savile, welcomed the news. He said: "Let's try it for Christmas, see how it works... when it started in 1964 it was a good programme."
