"With a turnover rate of 45 percent, there has always been a lot of movement in the gaming industry, and with new properties opening up one after another, the new employee market is particularly active right now," Hakman said. "We want to help gaming properties streamline the process for getting accurate background information in the most efficient manner."

There is an increasing obligation of employers to make informed hiring decisions, said Hakman. As a Consumer Reporting Agency, WGN can provide maximum legal protection to clients seeking background information on potential employees.
