Pryor, who is also a former actor with several thrill-a-minute big screen performances to his credit, is being honored in large part for winning five consecutive World Kickboxing Association The World Kickboxing Association (WKA) is the first professional kick boxing organization which was founded by Howard Hanson who is a founder of  (WKA) Super Middle Weight World Championships from 1982 to 1987.

"It is truly a great honor to be recognized among the all-time greats in kickboxing history," said Pryor. "Not only am I honored, I'm humbled to be a part of such an elite organization."

Pryor's illustrious career in professional kickboxing spanned 16 years (1974 to 1990), where he went undefeated from 1981 to 1990. During his run of five-straight WKA Championships, he was voted "Best of Breed," and defended his title all over the world - from Asia to Europe to the U.S. and beyond, Pryor took on and bested all comers all who come, or offer, to take part in a matter, especially in a contest or controversy.

Pryor's kickboxing prowess caught the eye of many in Hollywood, and he was soon courted to appear in a series of action movies released over the last two decades.

Pryor's tenacious determination transcended from the kickboxing arena to the business world. He built and sold the highly successful American Turbo Wash Company before catapulting into a successful career in real estate development and franchising. As an equity partner, he was instrumental in building a national franchise of advanced childcare learning centers into a 250-unit network with locations in 24 states. In 1999, he founded Children of America Educational Centers, a company that is rapidly growing to 65 locations in the Northeastern United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. .

Pryor's love affair with Hollywood propelled him into his most recent business successCoWorld Films, Inc., which he founded in 2006. His most recent film, The Last Sentinel, premiered at Warner Brothers Warner Brothers (b. Eichelbaums) movie executives; Harry (Morris) (1881–1958), born in Krasnashiltz, Poland; Albert (1884–1967), born in Baltimore, Md.; Samuel (1887–1927), born in Baltimore, Md.  Studios on October 26, 2006 and received rave reviews. The movie will be released to the public December 1, 2006.

Pryor is currently working on a new production entitled The Butcher, which stars Eric Roberts, Robert Davi Robert Davi (born June 26, 1954[1]) is an Italian-American character actor who tends to play villains. He is known for his rugged features and impressive stature. , Keith David, Julie Carmen Julie Carmen (born 4 April 1954) is an American actress who achieved moderate success as an actress in the 1980s. She is perhaps best known as her portrayal of vampiress Regine in Fright Night II, but also played memorable characters in Robert Redford's , Jeffrey Lewis, Irina Bjorkland and Danny Trejo.
