Critical Path Enables Worldsport Networks Ltd., to Offer

Critical Path, Inc. (Nasdaq:CPTH), the dominant provider of complete end-to-end Internet messaging and collaboration solutions, and WorldSport Networks Ltd., today announced an agreement in which Critical Path and WorldSport will deliver advanced messaging services to the members of over 50 of the world's leading international governing bodies in sports.

WorldSport is the sole and exclusive provider of Internet solutions for the General Association of International Sports Federations The General Association of International Sports Federations (GAISF) (french: Association Générale des Fédérations Internationales des Sports (AGFIS)  (GAISF GAISF General Association of International Sports Federations ), and a majority of the international federations it recognizes. WorldSport will offer Critical Path's advanced Web-based email and calendaring services to the entire GAISF network, which consists of more than 750 million card-carrying members worldwide.

The GAISF is the international sports organization responsible for coordinating the world's most comprehensive sporting calendar. This calendar covers over 3,000 events a year and is prepared on a twelve year rolling basis. The calendar is used by organizations as diverse as FIFA FIFA International Association Football Federation [French Fédération Internationale de Football Association]

WorldSport is the exclusive sanctioned provider of statistical information for the GAISF. WorldSport also provides sporting results, historical data, Web-based email, calendar services, and has Webcasting rights on over 500 sporting events a year.
