* The President's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities now offers a Web-based service to employers seeking to make workplace accommodations for employees with disabilities. The Searchable Online Accommodation accommodation n. 1) a favor done without compensation (pay or consideration), such as a signature guaranteeing payment of a debt, sometimes called an accommodation indorsement.  Resource (SOAR) takes the user through a step-by-step process, which ultimately leads to a specific recommendation as well as successful examples that have worked for other businesses.
