SilverBack's IT Monitoring Software Enables Systems Integrator to

Quickly and Profitably Deliver Remote IT Management Services to

SilverBack Technologies, Inc., a leading innovator in software-based IT monitoring solutions, today announced that Workgroup Technology Partners, a systems integrator helping businesses achieve success with advanced information technology, has deployed SilverBack's InfoCare solution to improve the IT monitoring and security capabilities of client networks, systems and applications. After extensive in-house testing, Workgroup deployed InfoCare to assist in monitoring the performance of its own IT environment. The success of the system convinced Workgroup to use the technology to enhance its remote network management service offering. Workgroup is currently beta testing (programming) beta testing - Testing a pre-release (potentially unreliable) version of a piece of software by making it available to selected users. SilverBack rolled out a number of enhancements to its software, specifically designed to meet the needs of strategic partners such as Workgroup. Among its latest enhancements, InfoCare includes Rules-Based Grouping capabilities, which improve the ability for service providers to efficiently organize reports and notification based on specific devices and logical groups.
