Moss will be responsible for all aspects of Products That Produce's operations, with a primary focus on sales and marketing activities for the company's recently introduced consumer product, Mr. Food Art Ginsburg, commonly known as Mr. Food, is a television and radio chef who emphasizes simple to moderately complex recipes. With a notably enthusiastic style, Mr. Food specializes in practical food preparation techniques often using readily available ingredients such as (R)'s AlloFresh. Among his key objectives is the development of a national network of food broker organizations whose personnel will make sales to and service larger food store chains.

Moss has been associated with the retail and food industries for over 22 years, having held senior level management and sales positions with several national and international food companies. Over the years he has been responsible for the development of product lines, implementation of sales and marketing programs, and the organization and management of national and international sales forces.

Previously, Moss served as vice president of Hurdy Gurdy International, a manufacturer of frozen sorbet products which were sold nationally and internationally. "I am very excited by the opportunity and challenge presented by this new position," stated Moss. "I see an emphasis on the utilization of food brokers as an important step forward in the evolution of PTP's sales program for Mr. Food's AlloFresh. These organizations generally have very strong relationships with the retailers they service, based on extensive dealings by members of their sales force with specific retail accounts on an ongoing basis and continuous personal contact between individual account executives and the appropriate buyers. In turn, this will offer us an enhanced ability to more quickly penetrate key accounts and markets and build sales volume."

"We are very fortunate to be able to add someone with Ed's strong background to our management team," commented Ella Chesnutt, chairman of Workforce Systems. "His experience in developing and managing sales organizations, particularly those involving food brokers, is expected to make a valued contribution to our efforts to build distribution and sales of Mr. Food's AlloFresh."
