For the second time in less than a year, Cappelli Enterprise, Westchester's leading developer, is partnering with Donald J. Trump to build a luxury residential condominium tower in Westchester. The first partnership between Louis J. Cappelli and Donald J. Trump--begun last summer--resulted in the highly successful 212 apartment Trump Tower at City Center luxury condominium in downtown White Plains which was virtually sold out in six months. The 361-foot long, 8-foot high sidewalk protection bridge, designed to protect pedestrians, comprises two cutouts of the sleekly designed tower. Trump Plaza will consist of 141,500 square feet of retail space on two levels at the base, topped with the luxury residential tower. The project has already formed a waiting list of 500 + prospective purchasers.
