Work progressing at flex' office complex in Somerset.

Construction is moving along swiftly on the final four commercial buildings at Hillsborough Business Center, a complex of managed office style/flex warehouse and distribution facilities in desirable Somerset County.

Expected to be available for occupancy in Summer 2006, the new buildings contain 130,000 s/f of state-of-the art for-sale and rental flex space, according to Larken Associates, developer/owner/manager of Hillsborough Business Center. Leasing has already begun for the buildings, which provide some of the campus' most desirable locations situated on a private cul-de-sac street.

"We successfully completed the entire lease out of the existing 21 buildings at Hillsborough Business Center," says Robert Marek, vice-president of Raider Realty, the exclusive broker for Larken Associates.
