Work on City Center at White Plains moving forward. (Design and Development).Construction crews working on City Center at White Plains in the heart of Westchester County (NY) have recently been hoisting gypsum gypsum (jĭp`səm), mineral composed of calcium sulfate (calcium, sulfur, and oxygen) with two molecules of water, CaSO4·2H2O.
