In exchange, the chamber agreed to relinquish title to its present headquarters property, which is where Smith & Hricik/Hillman plans to eventually build the third phase of its Los Angeles Center, which will be a 40-story skyscraper skyscraper, modern building of great height, constructed on a steel skeleton.
