Two huge glass-enclosed duplex penthouses have just been completed and are on the market for $6.75 million each at 104 Wooster St., the high-end condo loft conversion in SoHo's Cast Iron District that dates back to 1891.

"The wait is worth it, for these duplexes represent exceptional space in an exceptional building," says Elaine Schweninger, broker with Insignia Douglas Elliman. She and D. Craig Liddle, also with Insignia Douglas Elliman, are exclusive agents for the 104 Wooster St., which enjoyed fast sales of its six other units soon after going on the market in January 2001.
