Woodmen Accident to Form Mutual Holding Company.


Woodmen Accident & Life said its policyholders have approved the company's plan to convert to a mutual holding company. The company said 95% of those who cast ballots voted to approve the plan.

The company said a mutual holding company structure would allow it to be better able to grow, raise capital or buy another company.

Under the plan, Woodmen would become a stock insurance subsidiary of the WFR WFR Wilderness First Responder
