Wonderware Completes SAP Interoperability Certification for ISA-95 Solution.

LAKE FOREST, Calif. -- Wonderware, a business unit of Invensys Systems Inc., today announced that its Enterprise Integration Application 2.0 has completed certification as part of the SAP's "Interoperability Certification" program, which recognizes applications that integrate industry standards such as ISA-95.

Wonderware's Enterprise Integration Application enables manufacturers to improve operational performance by integrating diverse sets of manufacturing systems and business applications to achieve greater levels of business productivity.

Market adoption of the ISA-95 standard is rapidly increasing as companies focus on achieving manufacturing-to-enterprise integration. For more than a year, Wonderware has worked closely with SAP and a set of early adopter end-users to implement ISA-95-based software solutions.

Wonderware's certified enterprise integration application leverages SAP's NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (XI) and open plant system integration capabilities from Wonderware to create a standard B2MML XML implementation of the ISA-95 standard. As a result, Wonderware is now qualified by SAP as "Certified for SAP NetWeaver," which is the first step in receiving the "Powered by SAP NetWeaver" partner status.
