From The President

Dear Colleagues:

IT IS MY PLEASURE, on behalf of the 5,000 members of the Women's Basketball Women's basketball is one of the few games which developed in tandem with men's. It became popular, spreading from the east coast of the United States to the west coast, in large part via women's colleges.  Coaches Association, to welcome you to San Jose San Jose, city, United States

The month of March is always a special time for women's basketball, with conference, state and national championships headlining sports pages sports pages nplpáginas fpl deportivas  across the USA and creating more interest in our sport every year.

But, as we all know, tournament action is not the only news that defines women's basketball for us in March. The WBCA National Convention, featuring a myriad of professional development sessions, court clinics, awards banquets, and business meetings, as well as our exciting WBCA All-Star Challenge, is the signature event for our entire coaching family.

In this second year of my six-year WBCA presidency, our organization has continued to grow and prosper. As we add new members and new programs, we must continue to unify our coaching profession and our sport of women's basketball by attending meetings and actively participating on WBCA committees throughout the year.

Thank you for your ongoing dedication to our professional association, the WBCA. Your involvement makes it all possible!

Sincerely,
