Wolverine MVP Series Portable Media Player and Storage devices accept more than 40 RAW files.

Wolverine wolverine or glutton, largest member of the weasel family, Gulo gulo, found in the northern parts of North America and Eurasia, usually in high mountains near the timberline or in tundra.  MVP (Multimedia Video Processor) A high-speed DSP chip from Texas Instruments, introduced in 1994. Officially introduced as the TMS320C80, it combines RISC technology with the functionality of four DSPs on one chip.  Portable Media Player and Storage devices from Wolverine Data Inc., Irvine, Calif., now accept more than 40 RAW file types to help maximize professional photographers' productivity in two ways. First, MVP devices eliminate the need for photographers to purchase several portable devices for different cameras since MVP Series devices read and store all popular photo and video formats. Second, they eliminate the need to purchase multiple memory cards since the devices store up to 40,000 photographs (depending on hard disk size and image sizes).

"We designed the Wolverine MVP as a digital camera companion, an essential piece of equipment for professional photographers and serious amateurs," states Matt Mardini, president of Wolverine Data. "As a result, we're constantly adding new RAW formats as they become available. In fact, we recently added seven more to bring the total to 40--far more than any competitor.

"Wolverine MVP Portable Media Player and Storage devices store, write and play back thousands of photos, full-length movies and songs. They are available in 60GB, 100GB and 120GB versions, while accepting JPEG JPEG
