Wolverine Boots and Gear Announces a New Branded Headwear License Agreement.

ROCKFORD, Mich. -- Wolverine(R) Boots and Gear announced today that an agreement has been reached with Paramount Apparel International, Inc. to develop and market Wolverine(R) brand headwear for men.

Wolverine brand headwear is designed to incorporate the Wolverine heritage of work and rugged outdoor to provide the most comfortable headwear that functions whether hard at work or hard at play. Retail prices will reflect the Wolverine philosophy of bringing high quality, durable comfort and style to consumers at reasonable price levels.

Smith noted that the search for a strong licensing partner had been intensive and that Paramount Apparel International displayed an impressive level of expertise and experience with its history of more than 70 years in the headwear industry.
