Wolters Kluwer acquires UIS & Accounting Assets.Wolters Kluwer North America (WKNA; Chicago, IL) has acquired Uniform Information Services (UIS (graphics, programming) UIS - A VMS graphics programming interface package for VAXstations. ; Acton, MA), a provider of electronic and print forms and regulatory databases for the property and casualty insurance industry.
