In related news, Wolters Kluwer Law & Business (Riverwoods, IL) has acquired the assets of Technical Answer Group Inc. (TagData; Marietta, GA), a provider of information and related analysis to third-party administrators, insurance companies, actuaries and other benefit plan professionals who design and administer qualified deferred compensation plans for employers. No terms of the deal were given.

TagData subscribers have access to customized answers to their research questions as well as primary compliance information and news. The company supplies detailed information and research relevant to retirement plans and offers a proprietary database of questions and answers, with over 35,000 government documents for primary law research. A subscription for a single user costs $99 per month and $225 for two to five users.
