Wolters Kluwer (Amsterdam) has completed the acquisition of NDCHealth Information Management business (Atlanta, GA) for $382 million in cash.


Wolters Kluwer Wolters Kluwer N.V. (Euronext: WKL) is a leading global information services and publishing company. The company provides products and services for professionals in the health, tax, accounting, corporate, financial services, legal and regulatory, and education sectors.  (Amsterdam) has completed the acquisition of NDCHealth Information Management business (Atlanta, GA) for $382 million in cash. The price represents a multiple of 2.3x the IM group's anticipated 2005 revenues, and 10.6x its adjusted EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) A metric used to show a company's profitability, but not its cash flow.
