The VersaWobble board combines the soft instability instability /in·sta·bil·i·ty/ (-stah-bil´i-te) lack of steadiness or stability.

detrusor instability
 of a traditional balance pad with the challenge of a wobble wobble /wob·ble/ (wob´'l) to move unsteadily or unsurely back and forth or from side to side. See under hypothesis.

 board and is designed for people who need an intermediate balance-training tool. It can be used as an unstable unstable,
adj 1. not firm or fixed in one place; likely to move.
2. capable of undergoing spontaneous change. A nuclide in an unstable state is called
radioactive. An atom in an unstable state is called
excited.
 surface for one or both hands for push-ups as well as for standing, sitting, and kneeling exercises.
