Wm. A. White to lease to Downtown properties.

Wm. A. White/Grubb & Ellis has been appointed leasing agent and property manager for 11 Broadway and 25 Broad Street, two turn-of-the-century office buildings, in lower Manhattan, according to an announcement by Philip B. Rogers, senior vice president.

The appointment was made by American Real Estate Group, asset managers for the builidin,s owner, New West Federal Savings and Loan Association.

David Turino of Wm. A. White has been assigned the leasing responsibilities for the two downtown properties, Quinn said. Gerard Paradise was named property manager for both lower Manhattan buildings.
