Wizzard Software Attends SpeechTEK; Comments on Second Quarter and Pending Acquisition.

NEW YORK -- Wizzard Software Corp. (OTCBB:WIZD) is currently presenting their speech products and services at SpeechTEK 2005. Being held this week at the Marriott Marquis in Time Square, SpeechTEK is a world premier event dedicated exclusively to speech products, applications and solutions.

Located at Booth 417, Wizzard is giving attendees the first "listen" to the newest addition to their AT&T offerings, AT&T Natural Voices for Apple Mac OS v.10.3 Panther and v.10.4 Tiger. Available in English, French, German and Spanish, this technology can seamlessly incorporate Text-To-Speech into a variety of Mac applications for desktop or server. AT&T Natural Voices is also available for Windows and Linux operating systems for Desktop and Server editions.

Today, attendees will have the opportunity to see WizzScribe in action. WizzScribe is a transcription server powered by IBM's ViaVoice speech recognition technology that converts audio from an array of sources into text for a wide range of application uses. WizzScribe supports a variety of input devices and methods through the use of an offline process and can add speech recognition capability to "industrial strength" server based applications whenever large volumes of audio need to be converted into text for searching, data-mining, storage and documentation.

Also highlighted this week at SpeechTEK is Rex-The Talking Prescription Bottle, the premiere product from MedivoxRx Technologies. Rex-The Talking Prescription Bottle is an innovative assistive device that allows users to "hear" recorded medication instructions. The Rex Pharmacy Technology allows pharmacists to electronically record the prescription label information to the bottle through AT&T Natural Voices Text-to-Speech engine.
