Free Online Training Program Helps Agents Increase Product Knowledge and Profits

CANCUN, Mexico -- Thanks to the Cancun Tourism Institute (CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) Combining data with voice systems in order to enhance telephone services. CTI offers two different courses, CTI 101, the study course, and CTI 102, the field trip program.
